Charso Press: According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Cinema Organization, Mohammad Khazaei, the head of the Cinema Organization, in this meeting, referring to several important operational strategies in 1402, said: the most important priority of this organization in the new year is economic prosperity and attention to the livelihood of the cinema family.

Referring to the widespread acceptance of cinema halls this year and the measures taken to boost the cinema box office last year, he added: With the plans that were made, we have witnessed a prosperous box office in the first half of last year and until September We have witnessed the rise and the exponential trend of cinema sales, and the statistics indicated that the upward trend of movie sales will continue until the end of the year, but, unfortunately, at the same time with the unrest of last October and the negligence and mischief of a few cinematographers and space producers. However, our colleagues in the cinema organization have planned measures so that despite these unrests and sometimes, the destruction and stone pelting of a small number of cinematographers, we will not witness the closure of cinemas.

Khazai called the promotion of production as one of the other important axes in the policies of the cinema organization in 1402 and said: according to the guidelines of the Supreme Leader regarding “the year of the promotion of production and curbing inflation”, the strategy of promotion of production is one of the other guidelines of this organization in It is the current year.

He continued: It is necessary to make low-cost production of cinematographic works and to plan for the development of production spaces with low budgets and to include more people from the cinema family. Strengthening the employment capacity of cinema residents and solving the unemployment crisis, as well as solving the problem of the cinema family’s livelihood, are among the organization’s priorities and will become more serious in the new year. Khazai called strengthening the atmosphere of empathy and convergence in the cinema family as one of the basic necessities and needs of this field and emphasized: the role of trade unions in strengthening empathy and convergence is important for the development of national cinema, and the fact is that in order to reduce the existing problems, all institutions must Organizations, institutions and activists in the field of cinema should join hands with each other to minimize the problems due to the economic challenges of the country in this field.

Emphasizing the importance of supporting the livelihood and well-being of cinema people, he said: My concern has always been the livelihood of the cinema family. From the very beginning of my presence in the cinema organization, in a conversation with the previous and current board of directors of Khana Cinema, I asked for an executive plan to solve the root problem of the livelihood and well-being of the cinema family, which, unfortunately, such a plan was never presented by friends to solve the problem of the cinema family. Of course, we have approved and operationalized some of the concerns ourselves through the Supreme Council of Cinema, which includes the allocation of a quota for national housing.

According to him, solving the problem of livelihood, housing and economy of the cinema family, most of whom are from the economically weak strata of the society, should be prioritized by the institutions and centers under the cinema organization.

Khazai continued: Not all cinema families have economic problems or their problems are not at the same level. Therefore, it is necessary to make a principled division within the framework of the comprehensive support program in this field.

He continued: The concern of me and all my colleagues in the more specialized areas of the cinema organization is to follow up on the issue of livelihood and expand more employment fields for the cinema family, which, of course, in this regard, the trades can attract resources and partnerships and build trust by converging and synergizing. help us

According to him, the individual and selfish behavior of some cinema colleagues with political and norm-avoidance tendencies has damaged the public image and social capital of cinema in these years, and the reproduction of trust and cohesion requires more empathy.
