The profit and cost ratios of the distribution network to the consumer of some goods were announced

According to Fars News Agency, quoting the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade, based on the announcement of the Consumers and Producers Protection Organization, invoices and sales contracts in each part of the supply and distribution system exceed the price listed on the goods and apply profit percentages. Distribution coefficients are not accepted in every circle and all activists of the supply and distribution system are obliged to observe the percentages and legal coefficients of profit in the process of selling and supplying goods.
The prices stated in the invoice issued by the factories should be at most equal to the numbers listed on the goods, and this issue will give clear information to the consumers about the production costs of the goods.
Due to the fact that distribution companies, wholesalers and chain stores buy goods from factories based on the prices listed on the goods, so regardless of the type of sale (in the form of invoices, contracts, etc.) this Units are required to apply only their legal interest rates and coefficients to the price listed on the goods.
Obviously, all costs are included in the factory door price and distribution and wholesale profit coefficients, and receiving any other amount under any heading is a violation.
All guilds and retailers must also buy the goods from the official networks only with the legal percentages of the notification in relation to the producer price listed on the goods and buy them in the form of invoices and contracts or any cost that increases the price. Refuse and the prices in the issued invoices that are contrary to the relevant legal percentages will not be accepted.
According to Article 15 of the Trade Union Law, “All trade unionists providing goods and services are obliged to affix a label on the goods, or install a sign at the place of business or profession, the unit price of the goods or service wages, clearly and in writing so that it is visible to all.” “Declare” that the announced prices at the supply level should also be based on the percentage of legal profit relative to the producer price on the goods.
The mentioned coefficients, in which the VAT is also seen, are considered as the maximum profit coefficients of the distribution chain, and receiving any cost in excess of it under any pretext is considered as a violation.
Obviously, the sale of goods to consumers is acceptable based on the producer price and the maximum allowable profit of the distribution network, and the sale in excess of that will be expensive and one of the examples of Article 5 of the Government Penalties Law.
