The reason for Iran-Khodro for low quality products

According to Tejarat News, quoting Car News Expensive cars covered in customs warehouses were supposed to be sold to neighboring countries, but apparently no foreign customers were found for these cars, so the decision was made to eliminate these products. The head of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling announced the formation of a tripartite committee; “The car is a luxury property. “For this reason, last week the president issued a special order to the first deputy minister, the minister of economy and me, to form committees on luxury goods and to list them.”
Ali Moayedi Khorramabadi added: “According to the order of the Supreme Leader regarding the elimination of luxury goods, keywords were explained that indicate what goods are in the field of luxury goods. “Accordingly, in the future, we will see the destruction of luxury goods.”
He continued: “A year ago, a descaling committee was activated in this regard. In this committee, the necessary information is collected and the goods of proprietary property are assigned, some of which are sold. “Part will be eliminated and the uncertain part will be categorized.”
The thirteenth government should not follow in the footsteps of the previous government
According to Moayedi, in the meantime, there are about 100 to 150 property cases that need to be assigned immediately. Meanwhile, automotive industry experts are complaining about this trend and are calling for a review of the cars owned by the property. Amini, a faculty member at the Faculty of Economics at Allameh Tabatabai University and an expert in the automotive industry, said of the laws that turned some people’s property into abandoned property: “But the thirteenth government should not follow in the footsteps of the twelfth government in this matter.”
Stating that auctioning wood to these cars or destroying them is reminiscent of the proverb “neither he eats nor he gives!” “These cars have been ordered according to the standards of 1397 and have entered the customs warehouses.” In the country, the laws have changed so much since that year that most of these cars need to be waived in order to obtain a clearance license. “How did the gentlemen really look for foreign customers for products that they themselves do not allow to be imported into the country?”
Why have the luxury cars that should be given to the Property Organization and sold in the country’s markets, if possible, been destroyed?
As Mr. Moayedi, the head of the Central Headquarters for Combating Commodity and Currency Smuggling, put it; The President has asked the First Deputy Minister of Economy and he to form a committee on luxury goods and prepare a list of these goods to be on the way to destruction.
But if it were possible to sell these cars abroad or inside the country, they might not be included in the list of luxuries and should not be considered deserving of destruction.
Why no action has been taken to transfer the products to neighboring countries?
These properties have been unresolved for several years, and the importing companies are still involved in legal issues with the applicants who ordered them. Finally, it has been less than a year since the proprietary property has been tasked with assigning these products.
Of course we have to consider; A car that has been under the sun, wind and rain of the southern customs for nearly four years is no longer suitable for use. However, the authorities did their best to criticize the smuggled cars, but the neighboring countries refused to buy these products from us, which do not have valid documents, customs formalities and new standards.
Some experts believe that the decisions of the government have increased the number of undecided cars and smuggling in customs warehouses.
Do big government decisions play a role in the abandonment of goods and products in customs warehouses?
The importance of combating smuggled goods goes back primarily to government tax revenues and the prevention of profiteering. They have to pay a sum to the government for their income. More than $ 12 billion worth of smuggled goods are in the country. The authority to determine the smuggling statistics is the Anti-Trafficking Headquarters, which believes that almost one-third of the smuggled goods are discovered and eventually given to the proprietary property, which is assigned according to the law.
In the early 1990s, the value of smuggled goods in the country (smuggling in and out) was about $ 25 billion. This figure includes one third of the country’s foreign trade.
With the bedrock that has been done over the years, as well as with the involvement of all three powers in the fight against smuggling of goods and currency, this figure can be halved. But in the late 1990s, goods that normally entered the country became smuggled goods due to some government decisions and due to currency restrictions resulting from the return of sanctions. The phenomenon of smuggling is the product of old laws, laws that are not up-to-date and expert will lead to smuggling.
Why instead of examining the sales capacity of abandoned cars in the domestic market due to the lack of product supply and accumulation of demand, the purchase of this property is recommended to neighboring countries?
Due to the country’s foreign exchange needs, the current desire to export has increased, because prices are not commensurate with the region. But in economics you can not think of an island; There must be cohesion in an area. Unfortunately, the disproportion of commodity prices in the country compared to the region has created a problem for us.
With these details, and despite the poor condition of abandoned cars, there may still be domestic and foreign customers for these products. However, in terms of laws and regulations, we have not been able to provide customs formalities and valid documents to decision-makers selling abandoned cars so that they can transfer the property.
