The registration of the National Housing Movement was renewed
According to Tejarat News, the opportunity to register in the National Housing Movement was announced until December 6, when Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, announced that the deadline had been extended until the end of December.
In recent days, proposals have been made to facilitate the registration of the Housing Production and Supply Leap Plan (National Housing Movement), which has been initially approved by the government. These include the registration of single people over the age of 18, the reduction of residency in some cities from five to two to three years, and the history of private property from 16 to five years.
Following these changes, many recently qualified applicants have still not been able to register.
Three days ago, Mahmoudzadeh, referring to the possible deadline for registration of applicants for the National Housing Movement, said that if there is a demand, this time will be extended because we do not plan to create a waiting queue for housing.
According to this report, the registration of the implementation of the Housing Production Leap Law in the comprehensive system of housing support projects at saman.mrud.ir at 31 provinces has started on October 19 and will continue until December 20.
After entering, the applicants click on the “Register National Housing Movement” option. Non-use of government subsidy facilities in the housing sector and the greenness of Form “C”, lack of private property and at least five years of residence in the requested city will be the three main conditions.
There used to be a marriage requirement for men, but recently men over the age of 18 were allowed to register on condition of marriage at the time of unit delivery. Single women over the age of 35 can also register. Also, regarding the lack of ownership, some income groups in some areas are exempted from this condition at the discretion of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.
