Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, recently announced the development of a professional lease bylaw from the ministry’s plans to organize the rental market, saying: And other incentives are units that are fully priced.

He said: “It is planned to organize the current rental market by establishing rental companies that provide tax incentives to these companies.”

According to the government’s plan, the work of these companies is in the interest of the owners, and at the same time, the government does not prevent traditional leasing; However, the tax incentives that have been seen in the field of professional rental can certainly lead to the organization of the rental market in a certain period of time.

Mahmoudzadeh reminded that according to the latest statistics, there are more than 2.5 million vacant housing units in the country. Keep yourself empty. Mahmoudzadeh said: “According to this, the law on professional leasing stipulates that the government, as a facilitator and supplier of land, should set a fixed price on rental units and increase the lease time from one year to 3 to 5 years.”

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development added: In order to produce new and controllable units, 99-year-old land will be provided to builders so that both construction companies interested in renting and institutions and organizations can benefit from this possibility.

He added: “For example, one of the institutions that tends to get involved in this issue is the municipalities.” According to the law, one of the duties of municipalities is to plan and implement housing for low-income groups. For groups in cities where there is land, 99 years of land will be allocated by the Ministry of Roads, with the aim of removing land prices from the household rent basket.
