Engineer Zarghami added: “The researcher must be brave, and if he is not brave and does not dare to express issues and methods, we will get into trouble.”
Recalling some of his speeches on various occasions, he said: “I believe that we should stand up to those in power with courage and express our views openly. “Unfortunately, there is a group that puts pressure sometimes, and if the researcher can not withstand these pressures, it is not efficient.”
Research should be problem-oriented
“If thinkers and researchers within the ministry do not know how to find the problem properly, we will have a problem,” said Engineer Zarghami in another part of his speech.
