The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of South Khorasan emphasized the necessity of direct communication and accountability of managers to the people and stated: “Samed is a very good way for people to communicate their problems with the government in a direct and convenient way. »

Shahvardi added: “The presence of general managers and officials of executive bodies in the Samad center and telephone communication with citizens is a very good idea, because with the electronic follow-up of requests, in-person visits and the time for dealing with complaints will be reduced. Using Samad system is effective in providing proper services to citizens. »

He said: “The most important requests raised by the audience were related to the status of the Akbariyeh garden and world building and handing over to the Mustafafan Foundation, the area of ​​the Old City of Qain, receiving facilities, restoration of historical works and textures, handicraft licenses, and appreciation and thanks for the performance of the General Administration, which Answering and providing complete explanations, it was decided that some personal cases should be referred to the General Office for the results, and some raised cases should be referred to the deputies for follow-up.”

Citizens can report their requests, complaints and suggestions regarding government agencies through 111 number.
