Theater News Base: In response to this, it is stated: Following the publication of the false news of the public relations of the House of Iranian Artists, on May 29, 1401, entitled “Explanations of the public relations of the House of Iranian Artists” regarding the news published by the Iranian Playwrights and Translators Association. The wedding of Professor Bahram Beizai “and the holding of two seminars” Playwriting and Dialogue “and” Playwriting and Censorship “, Public Relations of the” Association of Playwrights and Theater Translators of Iran “to clarify public opinion in response to the” Public Relations of the House of Iranian Artists “. Announces the following:

1- The Association of Playwrights and Translators of the Iranian Theater had written and sent two letters of request on the 19th of Ordibehesht and 25th of Ordibehesht 1401 in order to hold two seminars and the mentioned wedding in order to receive its desired halls in the House of Iranian Artists.

2- The letter of request of Ustad Amirkhani Hall for holding two seminars “Playwriting and Dialogue” and “Playwriting and Censorship” and Ustad Jalil Shahnaz Hall for “Master Beizai’s Wedding” on May 10, 1401 by this association addressed to the esteemed Chairman of the Theater House ; Mr. Iraj Rad was written and he wrote this letter to the head of the House of Iranian Artists; Mr. Hamidreza Nourbakhsh initialed it and then it was sent to the office of the head.

3- In the first letter, the program date of this association in the halls of the House of Iranian Artists is 27, 28 and 30 May 1401, in accordance with the previous coordination with the House of Iranian Artists, whose colleagues had announced that these halls were empty these days. It was mentioned. The second letter was written on May 28, 29 and 30, 1401, in order to hold consecutive programs in the mentioned halls, which was prepared on May 25, 1401 and sent to the House of Iranian Artists on May 26, 1401.

4- Following the letter of the first request, in order to coordinate the programs of this association in the halls of Ustad Amirkhani and Ustad Jalil Shahnaz, the Iranian Association of Playwrights and Theater Translators, made the necessary follow-ups with the colleagues of the House of Iranian Artists. And since the programs of the association had two posters, the first poster with the logos of the House of Iranian Artists, the House of Theater and the Association of Playwrights and Translators of Iranian Theater was approved by the colleagues of that collection on May 16, 1401. Therefore, the fact that the letter of request of this association arrived late to the house of Iranian artists is a false claim by the public relations of that cultural and artistic institution and far from its dignity.

5. Informs that, as mentioned in paragraph 3 of this reply, the second request letter of this association was to hold consecutive seminars and the above wedding in that house, which due to its speed, necessary coordination with the signature of the vice president of this association; Mr. Aram Mohazari was sent to the House of Iranian Artists. Due to the lack of time for the final coordination of the programs, the above-mentioned letter was signed by the esteemed chairman of the board of directors of the theater house to the head of the house of Iranian artists and sent to him through WhatsApp.

6- In the first poster, which was approved by the colleagues of the House of Iranian Artists, the date of the seminars and the above wedding was stated as May 28-30, 1401. Therefore, when the poster in question has been approved by that house, and the colleagues of that house have informed this association that there is no problem with printing the poster, emphasizing that “there is no problem and do not worry” (its documents in The authority of the board of directors of this association is reserved), it is obvious that this association has followed and followed its plans to hold these two seminars and weddings in the house of Iranian artists.

7. Less than two days before the seminars and the wedding, the House of Iranian Artists canceled the association’s programs.

Since, according to previous arrangements, the news of these programs was ready to be published, after initial coordination with the theater, it was decided to remove the names of the halls of the Iranian Artists’ House and the logo of the collection from the posters. Accordingly, the news of holding seminars and weddings on Tuesday, May 17, was changed to the address of Javanmard Hall and published.

Because of the importance of these programs, this association intended to hold the desired seminars and weddings, despite the cancellation of them by the head of the House of Iranian Artists. Unfortunately, despite the efforts of the colleagues of the facilities of Ustad Javanmard Hall, the problems of electricity and facilities of that hall were not solved.

It is necessary to explain that in order to hold the wedding of Professor Bahram Beizai and present him with the first medal of the Iranian Theater Players and Translators Association, as well as to hold the above two seminars due to the importance of the programs, The programs were performed by Professor Mahmoud Dolatabadi, Dr. Soheila Najm, Dr. Hamid Amjad, Dr. Mohammad Reza Khaki, Hossein Kiani, Panthea Bahram, Mohammad Ebrahimian and others.

8- According to both letters requesting the Iranian Theater Players and Translators Guild to the Iranian Theater and Artists ‘House and sending posters of these programs to the colleagues of the Iranian Artists’ House, the ceremony of “Master Bahram Beizai’s wedding” was scheduled at the Jalil Shahnaz Hall of the Iranian Artists. 9- After a telephone conversation between the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Theater House and the colleagues of the House of Iranian Artists and the verbal agreement of the House of Iranian Artists regarding the program of meetings, weddings and correspondence, the Vice President of the Iranian Theater Players and Translators Association These seminars and weddings, he referred to the House of Iranian Artists on May 25, and signed the form of the program coordination meeting in person. Therefore, the phrase “late request of this association to that institution”, according to the first request letter of this association and the above-mentioned negotiation, is not true at all, and this kind of reaction from the public relations of the House of Iranian Artists, if they are not aware of this The issue is a sign of weak management and public relations of the institution that has neglected the daily planning and decisions of its colleagues.
10- Unfortunately, along with the publication of the false public relations news of the House of Iranian Artists, the image of the two posters of the programs intended by this association has been distorted and in fact a kind of censorship has been done in publishing the posters. He has removed and censored three published logos, including the logo of the House of Iranian Artists, at the bottom of the “Master Bahram Beizai’s Wedding” poster, along with the publication of his news! This issue is also far from the professional behavior of the public house of Iranian artists, which has thus made the reality of the issue heartbreaking and false.

11- It seems that the head and public relations manager of the House of Iranian Artists, less than two days before the seminars and the planned wedding of the Iranian Association of Playwrights and Translators, was informed and therefore held a seminar on “Playwriting and Censorship” and ” The marriage of Master Bahram Beizai “in that house, they find great and of course useless fears and decide to cancel and oppose the holding of these programs!

I wish that the “Head of the House of Iranian Artists and its Public Relations” would responsibly respond negatively at the same time as receiving the first request letter from the “Iranian Association of Playwrights and Translators” and the “House of Theater” and bravely oppose these programs for no less than 48 hours. It remains to hold these programs! Isn’t such answers from a cultural and artistic institution, such as the House of Iranian Artists to natural and legal persons, really unprofessional ?! Is the public relations action of the House of Iranian Artists to publish this false answer professional ?!

Finally, the Iranian Association of Theater Playwrights and Translators hopes that cultural and artistic institutions such as the House of Iranian Artists will not exaggerate in order not to deviate from the truth and professional behavior, and will not publish false news due to their managerial weaknesses and late decisions.
