The Russian oil company is considering Ukraine’s request to increase the right to transfer oil

According to IRNA from Reuters news agency; The Bloomberg network previously wrote that Ukraine plans to increase the amount received for each ton of Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia from its territory, with an increase of 2.10 euros, to 13.60 euros from January 1. .

According to Reuters; With limited alternative sources, European traders are rushing to fill the region’s storage tankers with Russian diesel ahead of EU sanctions against the country in February.

The European Union, which is heavily dependent on the import of diesel (gasoil) from Russia, will ban the import of all Russian oil products until February 5 (Bahman 16). This action by Brussels will be implemented following the implementation of the ban on the import of Russian crude oil from December.

The data company “Refinito” also announced that Russian diesel accounted for 44% of the European import set in November. Although Europe’s dependence on Russian fuel has decreased by more than 50% compared to the months before February and when Moscow invaded Ukraine, Russia is also the largest supplier of diesel in the European continent.

“Eugene Lindell”, an analyst of the refining and products market at the energy consulting company “FGA” in England, said: “The European Union should have 500 to 600 barrels per day of reserves to replace Russian diesel, which comes from the United States, India, and the Middle East and West.” Suez supplies.

Part of the influx of Europeans to fill tankers in this region occurs while the European company “ACE Futures” has banned the import of low-sulfur diesel from Russia, before the EU sanctions.

From November 30, traders must prove to the company that no products for January delivery through ACE futures have entered tankers from Russia in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp storage area.

Some market analysts expect that the decision of ACE Futures Company will not have much impact due to the low level of storage in this region of diesel of Russian origin and outside of it.
