The Russian protest note was handed over to the US ambassador

According to IRNA, Sputnik website reported that Moscow has warned that such statements against Russian President Vladimir Putin have put the two countries’ relations on the verge of severing.

The US president had called Putin a war criminal on March 16 and 1400, and the Kremlin on March 17 called Biden’s remarks against his Russian counterpart “unacceptable” and “unforgivable.”

Biden attacked Putin again the same day, calling him a murderous dictator and a mere criminal.
