The Ryzen 5 7540U processor was seen with Radeon 740M internal graphics

AMD may have delayed the launch of the Ryzen 7040U Phoenix laptop processors, but we know they are working on them. So far, two processors of this series have been seen and the existence of a new integrated graphics has been confirmed for them. The processor we just metthe processor Ryzen 5 7540U with code 50-000000966-100 Is.
6-core processor Ryzen 5 7540U
The Ryzen 5 7540U processor is supposed to be a 6-core, 12-thread processor based on the new Zen 4 architecture. This processor is a low-power U-series processor and a member of AMD’s Phoenix APU family. One of the most attractive features of this processor is its internal graphics, the Radeon 740M, which uses the new RDNA 3 architecture. This internal graphics is a weaker version of Radeon 780M/760M internal graphics.
This APU has been seen in at least two laptops: Lenovo LNVNB161216 and ASUS ROG Flow X13; Because the benchmarks of these two laptops have been published on the Bepco database. Bepco benchmark was able to correctly read and register the name of these laptops and their model code, so we can conclude that these two laptops are going to be released soon. Asus’ ROG Flow X13 laptop participated in this test almost a month ago, which is why its OPN code is displayed instead of the exact processor model.
Ryzen 5 7540U processor is placed after the other processors of this series namely Ryzen 5 7640U and Ryzen 7 7840U and we have seen the benchmark of both processors before. The internal graphics used in the smallest member of this family, the R5 7540U processor, is the weakest RDNA 3 integrated graphics, the Radeon 740M, which does not have detailed information about its configuration and specifications.
AMD has not yet confirmed the release date of the 7040U Phoenix series processors, but the company has confirmed that the H/HS Phoenix series processors will be released later this month.
