He added: Written resources titled “Handbook and Career Analysis” and a series of video training programs titled “Bird’s View” with the description content of the same handbooks were produced with the participation of more than 65 media experts and uploaded on the Face website.
Referring to the process of skill-oriented analysis of media professions in the process of designing the media professional qualification framework, Jan Nashari Ladani said: In this course, by counting the positions of the work world and the necessary skills in these positions, it was possible to design functional questions with more accuracy, and considering the frequency, The complexity and importance of these situations, the questions of each test were selected, which can be considered as another feature of the second test.
He added: The passing score in this exam is 60 out of 100, including the negative score, and people who get this score will be entitled to receive a skill card at the “decent” level. Stating that this test has an effective role in changing the status of colleagues, he clarified: the regulations for changing the status of colleagues have been compiled and announced, and the preparations for its implementation are underway; In this regulation, one of the conditions for recruiting and changing the status is to have a skill card at one of the competent, distinguished or expert levels.
Jan Nashari considered the purpose of designing the framework of professional qualification and holding written-functional tests to standardize professions and create a basis for the growth and promotion of media activists in professional fields and said: the success of the participants in the skill card test is a great success for the national media and shows the importance of capital humanity and special attention to the professional skills of employees in this organization.
