Jafari stated: Regarding the 100,000 units of the first phase, we have reached more than 60% progress in land preparation, and we have achieved more than 10% physical progress in the field of housing construction.

Referring to the new policy of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development to build low-density housing, he said: Considering this, we hope to reduce the construction period, which will be effective in reducing the cost of housing. Also, the units will be delivered to the applicants as soon as possible.
