This choice was criticized by theatrical activists, which is why the Ministry of Science decided to return the festival to a scientific process with a proper structure once and for all.

Amini said: “After much investigation by the Ministry of Science for its academic, theatrical and managerial background, it invited me to help organize the university theater festival.” My approach is that the festival is a university theater for the whole country and its secretariat should be permanent. He continued: I was fully aware that the secretary of the University Theater Festival should be a “student”, so I applied to be a consultant at the festival; But the Ministry of Science said that the consultant has no operational position and they want me to take over. For this reason, I was appointed as the “Scientific Secretary” of the festival with three missions: “Writing the right rules for the festival”, “Establishing a permanent secretariat” and “Prosperity of the centers for holding the festival”..

“Unfortunately, there was a misinterpretation of the word ‘secretary’, and this misinterpretation caused some theater and media activists to complain,” he said.
