The Security Council votes on the draft resolution proposed by Russia

According to IRNA, Tass news agency quoted an informed source in the United Nations and added: Voting on this project is scheduled for Wednesday.

This resolution proposes that the United Nations Security Council decide to form a commission consisting of all members of the Security Council in order to investigate the claims presented in Russia’s complaint against the United States and Ukraine regarding compliance with the obligations contained in the Convention on Prohibition of Sanctions.

Earlier, Igor Konashenkov, the spokesman of the Russian Ministry of Defense, said that during a special military operation, the facts of emergency cleaning by Kiev of the effects of a military biological program implemented in Ukraine in cooperation with the US Department of Defense were revealed.

According to him, information was obtained from the staff of biological laboratories of Ukraine about the emergency destruction of dangerous pathogens such as plague, anthrax, tularemia and cholera.
