The self-ownership contract of 96 thousand 22 units was concluded by Maskan Bank

According to the financial financial news report, quoted by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Abbas Hosseini, the CEO of Maskan Bank, explained the process of providing facilities for self-ownership contracts by that bank and said: since the beginning of the National Housing Movement, until now, the contract for the payment of self-ownership facilities has been 96 thousand and 22 units with Their owners signed.

Explaining that the contract amount of 96 thousand 22 units is equal to 29 thousand 893 billion tomans, the CEO of Maskan Bank said: So far, Bank Maskan has paid 23 thousand 116 billion tomans from the facility to the account of the builders.

It should be noted that the self-ownership facilities of the National Housing Movement Plan are paid to the owners step by step and based on physical progress. Also, the payment of self-ownership facilities is supposed to be made by other banks for the people who are determined by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development this year.
