The Statistics Center of Iran announced the inflation rate of housing

According to Tejarat News, the Statistics Center of Iran in a report on annual inflation last year (1400) announced 33.01 percent.

This is while the mentioned index (annual housing inflation) in the previous year (1399) was set at 79.04 percent, which shows a decrease of 46.03 percent in annual housing inflation.

Reducing housing inflation

Housing inflation rate reached 19.85% in March 1400; This means that buyers have to pay an average of 19.85% more to buy a residential unit in Tehran than in March 2017. Point inflation refers to the percentage change in the price index number compared to the same month last year.

The highest inflation of housing points last year was in April with 82.5 percent and the lowest in November with 19.6 percent.

From the beginning of last year to November, housing inflation has been declining; But in December, compared to November, there is a 8.5 percent increase in housing inflation; However, again in the remaining months of last year, the housing inflation trend has been declining, approaching the border of November as the lowest month with housing inflation in March.

Reduce monthly housing inflation

The center also announced a monthly decrease in housing inflation in March of last year and compared to the previous month (February 1400), which had a monthly inflation of 3.25 percent, with a decrease of 2.7 percent, 0.56 percent.
