Regarding the non-personal payment of facilities up to 300 million tomans, he said: The regulations have not forced anyone in this field, but we encourage that the facilities up to 300 million tomans be paid in person. Some banks have started to pay facilities in person and others are starting gradually.

Regarding whether debt facilities are the main reason for banks’ imbalances, Mohramian said: Debt facilities also have an effect in this case, but they are not all the reasons for banks’ imbalances.

In response to the question of what percentage of digital banking services are currently provided, the vice president of technology of the Central Bank said: 98% of banking services are digital, the remaining 2% are related to facilities and collateral, which are not yet electronic, some banks They have not yet opened the account in person and electronically.

Regarding the validation of the bank’s customers, Mohramian said: Validation of natural and legal persons is done by Iranian validation, of course, there are other cases regarding legal entities that are checked by the Central Bank.
