The strange design of the Huawei P60 camera was shown in new renders

We are only a few days away from the official unveiling of the next generation of Huawei flagships, but in the meantime, we have seen the revelation of new renders of this family, which show their back panel and of course the different design of the Huawei P60 series camera.

These renders have been published by one of the most reliable sources in the tech world, Digital Chat Station, and as we said, they focus on the camera.

Giant camera for Huawei P60 series

According to these renders, a rectangular camera module is placed on the back panel of the upcoming Huawei flagships, which hosts a giant circular sensor. In addition to this large sensor, two other sensors can be seen, one of which will be an ultra-wide camera and the other will be a periscope.

On this camera module, the words XMAGE can be seen, which is Huawei’s special photography technology that can improve the quality of photography and also provide users with advanced features.

According to these posters or renders, the upcoming Huawei flagships will arrive in white, green, and silver colors, although we are likely to see more colors.

Leaving aside the design of the Huawei P60 series camera, we come to the rumored technical specifications for one of them. According to rumors, the Pro model will be equipped with a 6.6-inch BOE display with a 2K resolution, and it will also be powered by a 2nd generation Snapdragon 8 chip, albeit a 4G and not a 5G version. This chip is accompanied by LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 internal memory.

In the camera department, it is said that the main sensor of this device is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX888, which is accompanied by a 50-megapixel Sony IMX858 ultra-wide camera and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera.

Huawei will unveil the P60 series along with the Mate X3 foldable phone on Thursday of this week, April 3, 1402.
