“The Stronger” and Will Smith won the American Image Awards

The Western film “The Stronger” topped the US Film Awards with five awards.
Theater News Base: “The Stronger, the Harder You Fall,” won Best Picture at the NAACP Awards in a televised event Sunday night.
This Western film won five awards in total and topped the titles of these awards. The film won the awards while not being able to win an Academy Award nomination some time ago.
Will Smith won the Best Actor Award for his role as the father of Serena and Venus Williams, the tennis star in “King Richard,” and Jennifer Hudson won the Best Actress Award for her role as singer Aretha Franklin in “Respect.” Hudson also won the Entertainer of the Year award.
The series “Insecure” by HBW won the award for best comedy series, and its creator and star, Isa Ray, also won the award for best actress in a comedy project.
The TV series had a good night, and Angela Best won the Fox Award for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her role in “911” and Sterling K. Brown won Best Actor in a Drama Series for “This Is Us.”
Anthony Anderson, who also hosted the Picture Awards, won Best Actor in a Comedy Series for ABC’s “Belkish.” Miles Brown and Dion Cole also won supporting cast for their roles in the series.
The streamers did not appear in this year’s Television Awards. The ceremony also had several special awards, including the Board of Directors Award to Samuel L. Jackson arrived and also mentioned the Social Impact Award given to Nicole Hannah Jones.
