According to Mehr News Agency, citing the program’s public relations, Pouyan Hedayati, the producer of “Nashan Aradat”, said: “In the previous five seasons, the concept of Ashura and the expression of devotion to Abba Abdullah al-Hussein (PBUH) were mainly narrated through famous people, and the program is based on the capacity of celebrities. It benefits artistic, cultural and sports. In the new series, to avoid repetition and because there are almost no faces left who have not spoken in the program, it is decided to serve popular faces.
Hedayati explained more about the content of the new “Sign of Devotion” series: In the new season, the elites, old slaves, heroic veiled girls, entrepreneurs, benefactors… along with ordinary people are the main focus of the program. By ordinary people, we mean those who are active in Imam Hussain’s (a.s.) system throughout the year, as well as during Muharram and Safar; including processionists, old delegations, etc., who are busy these days.
This producer added: The sixth season of the program will also pay special attention to the rites and rituals of relatives’ mourning, and a large part of “Sign of Devotion” will be devoted to this matter. Since I myself am from the port of Kiasher, Gilan province, I have always tried to pay attention to the culture of the ethnic groups in making television programs, and I believe that these valuable assets should be appreciated more than ever.
Stating that the program will be prepared in 30 episodes of 30 minutes, he added: The first episode of the program will be aired on Channel 2 on July 27, on the eve of Muharram. All our efforts are to present a different and eye-catching program with rich content.
According to Hedayati, in this season, the items of the program have also changed, which include mourning ceremonies in the cities, conversations with the owners of various businesses at their workplaces, home prayers and Quranic meetings, reading the wills of martyrs, introducing the activities of the headquarters for the reconstruction of shrines in Karbala. There are old documentaries about Karbala and mournings, etc.
The producer of “Sign of Devotion” also considered the surveying of the home shrine and the surveying of the flag of Imam Hossein (AS) as other parts of the program.
