He stated that the Chalous Chaykhoran Palace is 88 years old and was built in the first Pahlavi period. And this palace will be the eyes and lights of Chalous tourism.
Nejati stated that the city of Chalous and its road, which is world famous but its tourism potential was not used, said: The rent of this palace for investment and exploitation of the private sector was closed for 11 years with cultural heritage.
He added: “The renovation of this palace was supposed to take 6 months, but it took about two years, and two years later, the corona caused losses in the field of tourism.”
The investor and manager of the Chalous Chaykhoran Palace complex stated that we had considered a special place for car parks with a capacity of about 40 cars in the area of the same reduction, and said: I do not regret it at all.
He said: “In order to acquaint the tourists who come to this work, we have compiled a booklet called” Tea House “so that it can be given to the tourist when he arrives and he can get the right and necessary information.”
Nejati added: “Preservation of historical sites is very costly and the government can not take it alone, and for this reason, the government seeks help from the private sector in this regard.”
He emphasized: “I am very hopeful for the people of Chalous and I use the local human resources to manage the Chaykhoran Palace, and I firmly believe in the success of this investment.”
