The telephone appointment system of Maskan Bank was launched


According to the monetary financial news, Mehdi Sandgol Nezami, director of public relations and management, told Maskan Bank news website about the implementation of the branch telephone appointment program: Maskan Bank telephone appointment system was launched at the beginning of the Fajr decade to protect citizens’ rights.

He added: “One of the problems and concerns of customers in the current critical situation in order to receive services in the branches, delays and waste of time due to congestion and long queues.” In this regard, according to the order of the CEO of Maskan Bank and in order to improve the well-being of customers and maintain their health, this project was implemented on a trial basis only in branches in Tehran.

The director of public relations and management said that the telephone scheduling system will increase work efficiency and speed up customer service. And significantly reduces workplace psychology and increases customer satisfaction.

According to the same plan, customers of Maskan Bank in Tehran branches can call the Public Relations Center at 61088 or 1830, to attend the desired branches and at the appointed time to be notified to do only banking to Receive and pay at the branches.
This system is smart and customers can specify the day and time of visiting the branch by entering the branch code and mobile phone number, and their appointments will be announced to the customers via SMS.
