He further emphasized: I hope holding these meetings will increase morale and cheerfulness among colleagues and the company. One of the important concerns of the company is to pay attention to the issues of training and motivation, specifically knowing, wanting and being able to, and in general, individual development and, as a result, organizational development.
Khodami added: In simple terms, I must say that the purpose of this conference is to improve the condition of colleagues and in fact to learn not to be each other’s problem and to establish a better relationship between managers and employees by creating emotional connection.
Hossein Rouhi, Director General of Human Resources Affairs, in this conference, referring to the centrality of examining solutions to create organizational vitality in Iran’s insurance, said: This conference is with the emphasis of Hassan Sharifi, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, the approvals of the Council of Deputies, and with the cooperation of the General Directorate of Coordination of Provincial Affairs and Branches have been held to create organizational vitality among the company’s employees.
Rohi said: Organizational vitality plan as one of the most important and necessary natural and innate desires of human beings is always in the attention of company managers and we believe that if the spirit of cheerfulness, optimism and hope prevails in the company, the level of efficiency and productivity of the employees will be as high as will increase significantly.
Ruhi considered organizational vitality as the driving force of the company’s development in various fields of personal and organizational life to provide optimal services to the company’s customers and emphasized: organizational vitality creates an atmosphere of empathy, friendship, intimacy among the company’s employees and reduces dissatisfaction and unhappiness and increases security. participates and also increases friendly communication by creating solidarity.

Ruhi added that by adopting new measures and approaches for the development of organizational vitality, the human resources management is trying to increase mobility by continuously holding this conference in three-month periods and away from administrative environments, forming working groups and creating uplifting flows. In the second part of this conference, the colleagues participating in this conference were grouped and educational panels were held for each group with the approach of human resources in the three areas of vitality and work motivation, productivity and appointments.
Regarding the productivity payment to the colleagues, the weak and strong points of this issue were examined and the colleagues presented their opinions about the compiled indicators and the method of paying the productivity in the company and based on the planning made from these opinions in the payment of interest. The third axis of these panels was about vitality and work motivation, which was addressed to the effective factors in this field, and the cases of increasing work motivation among colleagues were examined and analyzed from different angles, and the colleagues gave their opinions and suggestions about strengthening vitality in the company.
