According to the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, the amount of installments of the facilities of the National Housing Movement is proportional to the ability of families to earn income and, most importantly, to the time when the unit is delivered to applicants.
He says: “The payment of installments of the facilities of the National Housing Movement will be determined and started after the delivery of the units, and from now on, applicants or registrants should not worry about the installments of these facilities, because the government is trying to determine these installments in proportion to income.”
The plan of the National Housing Movement has been keyed since the beginning of the second half of this year, and the amount of facilities provided for the applicants of this plan is 200 to 450 million Tomans.
According to some experts, the installments of these facilities are between three and five million tomans, depending on the deciles; But the housing deputy has rejected this amount of installments.
