According to the Mehr news agency, quoting the EU information base, “Joseph Borrell”, the EU foreign policy coordinator, said that the basic conditions for returning to the UN Security Council and its full implementation are on the table and a decision must be made in this regard.

Speaking at a UN Security Council meeting on the lifting of sanctions, Borrell said he was in constant contact with all parties to return to the Security Council and ensure its full implementation, adding that the basic conditions for doing so were on the table.
