As Tasnim According to the report, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, referring to the registration of 2 million and 456 thousand families in the National Housing Movement, said: “All of these applicants, except for about 100 thousand people, have been refined.”

He added that the list of refined applicants has been sent to the cardboards of the relevant provinces and organizations, adding: “After this stage, the physical control of the documents and the fifth condition, ie 5 years of residence, will be examined.”

The beginning of a new round of registration for singles

He also stated that yesterday was the deadline for registration for the applicants of the National Housing Movement, and specified: January 6 was the last deadline for the registration period, which started on October 19 of this year.

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction continued: “According to this, in the new registration period, single men over the age of 23 can register in the National Housing Movement (Saman) system from next Monday, January 11th.”

Mahmoudzadeh, referring to the condition of handing over the units to single men who will be married, emphasized: If the applicants are not married at the time of delivery, all the facilities and discounts provided for them will be removed and the residential unit will be delivered at the current price.

Reduce the residence history to one year

According to the Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction, for immigrants from metropolitan areas, the residence history has been reduced to one year. In other words, if someone lives in a metropolis and is applying for housing in another city, with about a year of residence in the same city, it is possible to register in the National Housing Movement plan.

Also, for government employees, military forces, and clerics, based on an administrative order or at the discretion of seminaries, a 5-year residency record is not required in the National Housing Movement plan.

Saman system is designed for registration of homeless applicants and so far more than 2.4 million people have registered in this system and today the registration deadline for 460 cities expires.
