The tomb of Ibn Yamin Forumadi was nationally registered


According to Aria Heritage, Amir Fakhreddin Mahmoud bin Amir Yaminuddin Toghraei Mostofi Forumdi, known as Ibn Yamin, is one of the most famous poets of the Persian language in the late seventh and eighth centuries AH.

Ibn Yamin’s tomb is located in Foroumd, Miami, on the way from Shahroud to Sabzevar. According to the available documents, the tomb of this poet was built in the 50’s by the National Works Association and apparently by Mohsen Foroughi. This building, which is considered by some to be a symbol of the Sarbadaran hat and by others to be in the form of a blossoming flower, is a valuable experience in creating a contemporary combination of Iranian architectural forms.

At the meeting of the National Council for the Registration of Works, 20 works from Isfahan province, five works from Kermanshah province and 10 works from West Azerbaijan province were recognized as worth registering. These works will be registered in the list of national works and relevant indexes after going through the legal process and administrative formalities with the notification of the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts.

Other landmarks recorded in this meeting include Sarab Shahroud Garden Mansion, Darb-e-Kushk School (Bagheria School) of Isfahan and Firoozian-Agha Aminiha House of Isfahan, Kashan Distillery, Atiq Nain Mosque, Mosalla Bafran Mosque and Bafran Historical Glacier of Isfahan. .

Also, from Kermanshah province, the cemetery of Bakhleh village, the grave wall, and the cave complex and rock shelter of Baweh Yuan and Central Saliwi were recognized as worth registering.
