The head of the Bureau of Industry and Rating of Publishers of the Stock Exchange Organization added: Considering the special importance of the rating of publishers and the demand of capital market activists to restart the rating of publishers, this matter has been approved as one of the tasks of the Bureau of Industry and Rating of Publishers. it placed.

He continued: In order to achieve this goal, the draft guidelines for rating securities issuers in 1401 have been prepared and are undergoing the process of approval.

According to Ebrahimi, in addition to examining cases of non-compliance with laws and violations by publishers, in the aforementioned guidelines, efforts were made to provide incentives for those publishers who play a significant role in the growth and development of the capital market in terms of transparency, use of new financial tools, increase in production and unit economic profit. are considered commercial. Efforts have also been made to consider incentive benefits for top issuers, such as ease in accepting subsidiaries, debt and capital bond issuance processes, and more tax exemptions (after approval in one of the upstream laws, including the 7th Development Plan) and other benefits. .
