According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Sharq Al-Awsat, US Deputy Secretary of State Daniel Benaim claimed: The Iranians missed the opportunity to return to the full implementation of the nuclear agreement last September.
In response to a question about the fate of the nuclear agreement with Iran and the available options, he claimed: Joe Biden’s commitment to not allowing Iran to acquire nuclear weapons is a standing matter.
This American official claimed: Iran missed the opportunity to quickly return to the agreement, so it is no longer on our agenda.
He further said: Saudi Arabia plays a central role in the stability of the region and this is evident from its cooperation with Lebanon, Sudan, Egypt, Iraq and Afghanistan!
