He considered it necessary to create a culture in this field and to create public understanding of the sea as a basic infrastructure and added: In the past few years, the development of Makran beaches was discussed and the governments welcomed it, but serious progress in this matter requires cultural creation.
Ayatollah Khamenei called artistic productions, including animation, effective in introducing the diverse opportunities of the sea and said: by using artistic productions and introducing the capabilities of the country’s maritime development, both in the military and civil sectors, the enthusiasm of the people to use this opportunity will increase.
