The visit of the deputy minister and deputy of the country’s cultural heritage to the Khorasan Grand Museum

According to the report of Aria Heritage, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khorasan Razavi, Ali Darabi visited various sections of this museum, including the specialized library, the repository, the restoration laboratory and the section of objects on display.
The deputy of the country’s cultural heritage was informed about the process of registering historical monuments in the Jam system.
Referring to the measures taken by this museum and examining the needs of this regional museum, Darabi said: We will allocate the necessary credit for organizing and registering objects in the Jam system this year.
Pointing to the lack of human resources in the property custodians department and the security unit, he said: “The permission to hire 350 people for property custodians has been obtained and the capacity of the command forces will also be used.”
The Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts stated: Considering the capacity, needs and conditions of Razavi Khorasan, the priority will be to attract property trustees with Khorasan Razavi province.
Also, Seyyed Javad Mousavi, Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Khorasan Razavi, presented a report on the status of registration of historical objects in the Jam system and said: despite the lack of funds, more than 8 thousand objects have been registered in the system.
