According to Monetary News, Mohammad Reza Jamshidi, Secretary of the Association of Private Banks and Credit Institutions, announced in a letter to the CEOs of private banks and credit institutions: The time of accepting customers in private banks and credit institutions is from May 4 (Wednesday of this week) to September 22 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for staff, 2:30 p.m.
He added: “Also, these days, the reception of customers on Thursdays is from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and for employees, it is 1 PM.”
According to IRNA, the working hours of banks were reduced by one hour during the holy month of Ramadan.
