Third party insurance rates are calculated based on last year until further notice


According to Monetary News, quoting the General Directorate of Public Relations and International Affairs of Central Insurance, in a statement issued by the regulator with the aim of clarifying the rates and conditions of third party insurance in the new year, it is stated: Since the amount of Rials for 1401 has not been announced by the esteemed head of the Judiciary so far, until then, all insurance companies are obliged to obtain their third party insurance policies and driver’s accidents based on the provisions of Circular No. 184776/100/99 dated 12/27 / Inform the insurers in 1399 that after announcing the new amount of Diyat, to complete the coverage of their insurance obligations, they should refer to the relevant insurance company and receive a supplement to increase the obligations by paying the difference between the insurance premiums.
It is worth mentioning that the rate of Diyat was usually announced by the judiciary in the last days of the year and was the basis for calculating the premium.
