1- What are your plans for realizing the slogan of the year “Production, Support and Barriers”?
Bushehr Province Bank of Industry and Mines has taken effective steps towards fulfilling the slogan of the year, the most important of which is the financing of priority projects with more focus on semi-finished, stagnant, development projects and working capital of active projects in the province such as chemical and petrochemical industries. Fisheries and aquaculture are lighting industries and the determination of the demands of the production units using legal capacities is being pursued and done. Also, this management has had the necessary and sufficient cooperation with the headquarters to facilitate and eliminate barriers to production in order to remove the barriers facing industry owners and support them.

2. What are the most important policies and strategies of the branch in 1400?
The belief and diligence of all bank associates in Bushehr province is that at the beginning of the year, looking at the goals achieved in the previous year and according to the plans, policies and instructions of the bank’s board of directors, make every effort to attract resources. Provides services to active and reputable customers of the branch as well as allocating resources to projects that have the necessary technical, financial and economic justification. It also tries to reduce non-current receivables and collect receivables with proper interaction and provide effective solutions to have a good performance in this field.

3- What were the most important actions taken in 1999 and how successful were you in realizing last year’s plans? What were the reasons for your success?
In 1999, the notification plan to the provinces had indicators such as quadruple deposit balance, received commissions, and non-current receivables balance. This province has succeeded in realizing an operational plan of more than 80% in the 12 months ending in 1999. The main reasons for the Bank’s operational plan have been the focus on accurate accreditation of existing customers, attracting new and qualified customers in the industry and mining sector, and providing timely credit services to them.

4- Considering the problems caused by the oppressive sanctions and the spread of the corona virus, what measures and strategies do you have to support the producers of your province?
In the last two years, unfortunately, many industries with the outbreak of this disease have faced many problems, such as frequent closures of production lines, reduced production, and as a result, lower sales, which has finally made it difficult for customers to repay their facility installments. Following this issue, the following measures were put on the agenda;
Financing of active and semi-active industries in the form of granting working capital facilities, necessary interaction with customers to repay non-current debts, providing the necessary solution in making foreign exchange remittances and doing things related to transferring customers’ currency and connecting them to the bank exchange to expedite In transferring currency and accelerating the provision of banking and credit services

5. After the formulation of credit and strategic policies of the bank in 1400, what measures do you consider effective for the effective implementation of policies and in order to create synergy and agility of the organization?
Usually, every year after announcing the credit and strategic policies of the bank and considering the current economic conditions and general macroeconomic policies of the country, the efforts of the colleagues of this province are in line with the announced policies. For this purpose, several meetings have been held with colleagues to make informed and appropriate decisions based on the existing and forthcoming conditions, and more attention is paid to recognizing the strengths and weaknesses in the past year and the necessary measures to strengthen the strengths and reduce weaknesses. 6. What measures have been taken in the branch under your management to implement corporate governance and digital banking?
After announcing the induction of digital and corporate banking, this management seriously follows the necessary measures and coordination to advance the goals of this plan and identify the basic and essential needs of its active customers in order to provide appropriate services for them.

7. What methods do you use to attract more resources in the province?
Attracting resources is done by providing appropriate and sufficient services and encouraging and persuading customers through interaction and negotiation and honoring them and the necessary training to colleagues to provide services in the shortest time.
We have also increased our efforts to attract other well-known and active industries and companies in the province by establishing contacts with them and offering the required services. Fortunately, some progress has been made and we hope to achieve more favorable results in the near future. .

8- In the last year, how many industrial projects with bank facilities have been put into operation in the province and to what extent has it created employment?
Numerous projects have been put into operation during this period and using the financing capacity of the Bushehr headquarters and branch. One of the most important projects that has a foreign investor and is licensed by the Ministry of Economy and Finance is Kara Electronic Electronic Company of Asia. The company operates in the lighting industry and the production of various electronic circuits, which has provided employment for 579 people.

9- How many industrial units are operating in the province with bank facilities, how much progress has been made and how many jobs have been created by exploiting them?
Currently, several projects are being implemented in the province, which are being pursued through the management of the Bank’s headquarters. In addition to these projects, the Nano Sensors Company is under construction with more than 80% physical progress and is expected to employ about 18 people, as well as Tadbir Saina Trading Company (Saina Battery Complex) which has about 30% progress. And with the forecast of employment of 47 people, it is being implemented. These are the direct employment of these projects and will have several times more indirect employment during operation.

10- What is the situation of the province in terms of industrial development and what potentials do you know for the industrial and economic development of the province?
At present, 536 industrial exploitation licenses have been issued in the province, of which 448 industrial units, equivalent to 83.5%, are active and 88 units, equivalent to 16.5% of the units, are inactive. , Shipbuilding, fisheries, lighting industries and construction industries and mines. Currently, the most important investment potential of the province is the industries related to oil, gas and petrochemicals, which this management has done and will do its best to provide facilities and credit services to these industries.

11- What is your plan and solution for collecting claims?
The most important factor in reducing claims is that in the evaluation and acceptance of the plan, key points such as the applicant’s competence and good record in the industry in which they operate should be considered according to the bank’s executive instructions and a thorough and thorough review should be done. Fortunately, the bank has capable partners in this field who are the source of favorable developments. In the first 9 months of this year, the collection of receivables in this province has increased by 163%. Regarding the closed projects and lack of production activity, this province has used its maximum effort by using the capacity of the working group to facilitate and eliminate production barriers in the province in order to collect the bank’s receivables. This year, 14 cases with doubtful receivables have been settled.

12. What plans do you have to provide better services to customers? What strategies do you have to increase commissions?
In addition to the industry and mining sector, the main comparative advantage of Bushehr province is in the commercial sector, especially imported goods. Accordingly, the main focus of this province is to increase the fees received based on the issuance of customs guarantees, foreign exchange remittances and the opening of domestic documentary credits and the provision of services tailored to customer needs in the shortest time.

13- Considering the increase in the level of branches’ powers, how is your interaction with the bank’s headquarters and what do you expect from the headquarters?
It is safe to say that one of the most effective actions of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Bank has been to trust its colleagues in the provinces, which has been reflected in increasing the level of authority. In order to effectively exploit the delegated powers, this management has made every effort to use the experience of esteemed staff colleagues, especially in the field of project evaluation and monitoring, and staff colleagues have had maximum cooperation to respond.

14. How is your interaction with senior provincial officials such as (Governor’s Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance and Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade)?
In recent years, all the efforts of this management have been to accelerate the provision of services and constructive and effective communication with all elements related to the bank’s field of expertise. All the senior provincial officials, especially the governor of the province, have always promoted our goals.

15. In your opinion, what is the role of efficient manpower in the success and superiority of branches? What is your plan to increase the skill and knowledge of your collection staff and the succession process?
The biggest competitive advantage of organizations is having capable human resources. The importance of human capital in promoting productivity is one of the most important issues. Proper training of colleagues in the area of ​​their responsibilities is very important.
