What exactly does this style do?

What made you decide to launch it?

نیک ‌فر: It was in 1996 that I came to the conclusion, through the consulting and communication I had with small businesses, that the problem with most of these businesses was their inability to properly present themselves in the market. So I decided to start a research called “Effective Presence”. In this study, our goal was to answer the question “How can Iranian businesses have a proper presence in the national and transnational space and present themselves correctly?”. The start time of this project coincided with the banning of foreign brands in Iran and on the other hand, the number of Iranian brands was increasing. I remember at that time, a relatively large share of the shopping cart of our generation of the same age was allocated to Iranian products. From the output of this study, we concluded that the problems of Iranian businesses include not only the inability to introduce themselves in the market, but also the lack of strategy and branding, and as we realized that the solutions of this study in the form of strategy in the field Stories such as storytelling, design and content creation can work for other businesses as well.

In 1998, I decided to use the output of this research in a way that could be used by more businesses. Therefore, I set up a platform in compliance with all the principles obtained from this research, so that any business can easily join the support and solutions of this platform by joining it. نیک ‌فر: I think it was in late 1997 that we applied for the Samsung Amirkabir Technology Center, until in May 1998, after four or five steps from sending an email to presenting it in person to the judges, our application was approved. In fact, out of the 300-200 applications that were submitted, we were one of six teams that were able to be accepted and deployed at the Samsung Amirkabir Technology Center. Early on, this team worked alone, and I decided to focus on forming the core of the team, because if that happens right, I will have a development plan for the future of this style.
