Ghorbanzadeh said: 49 million shareholders who have shares of justice, after the announcement of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution and the regulations of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange were able to choose between two methods of direct and indirect management.
The Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance added: “After choosing the type of management method, the direct shareholders themselves became shareholders of investable companies and the indirect shareholders became shareholders of provincial investment companies.”
He said: “Investable companies with justice shareholders are divided into two categories of listed companies and non-listed companies, in which listed companies have 36 listed companies and non-listed companies include 13 companies.”
Ghorbanzadeh added: The profit of 99 years of justice shares of non-listed companies is about 2 thousand and 800 billion Tomans and the profit of listed companies is about 29 thousand and 200 billion Tomans.
The head of the Privatization Organization continued: The total profit of two listed and non-listed companies is equal to about 31,000 billion tomans, which should be distributed among 49 million shareholders, based on which each shareholder will probably be paid about 600,000 tomans by the end of the year.
Emphasizing that the total profit of listed and non-listed companies has increased about three times compared to 1998, he added: The total profit of 1998, which was paid to shareholders last year, was about 9,500 billion tomans, which this year this number Has reached more than 31,000 billion tomans.
The Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance said: “Under the auspices of the Supreme Council of the Stock Exchange, a working group has been formed to determine the issues related to justice shares, in which representatives from the Privatization Organization, the Stock Exchange and Securities Organization, the Chamber of Cooperatives, the Ministry of Labor, Cooperatives and Social Welfare.” There are oversight bodies and the Justice Shares Center.
He added: “In this working group, we are trying to determine the details of how to pay the dividends of indirect shareholders and to observe its rules so that its shareholders can achieve the desired dividends as soon as possible.”

Ghorbanzadeh said: “We took legal action against these companies and applied Article 48 of the General Accounting Law to these companies. Therefore, it is no longer possible to record the minutes for them and these companies must pay the arrears as soon as possible.”
The head of the Privatization Organization added: “We are currently negotiating with the board of directors of these two large companies to be able to pay the arrears in the form of receiving facilities from the bank, but so far no exact time has been announced for the payment of this interest.”
