Tomorrow’s stock forecast / shareholders’ losses offset?

According to Tejarat News, the stock market took an upward trend this week, and according to experts, this upward trend will continue until the end of the summer.

Javad Fallahian, a capital market expert, told Tejarat News: “This week, factors such as rising global prices, inflation of basic commodities and the relative increase in the value of transactions caused the stock market to rise and this trend is expected to be maintained in the market in the coming days.”

“The index is growing every day with a particular industry,” he explains. For example, yesterday the refinery industry became the flagship and today the automotive industry was the driving force. Of course, the portfolio of shareholders does not grow at the same time as the index, because every day a particular industry raises the index.

This capital market expert continues: The situation of the homogeneous index is the same. The food industry, for example, has been positive this week due to rising consumer prices and is likely to continue. Because inflation of basic goods in the world, especially in Iran, is expected to increase.

Fallahian emphasizes: The stock market index will continue its positive trend in the coming days, but we should not expect the growth of all portfolios. Some stocks are on the price floor and others are growing.

What is the impact of bank interest rates on the stock market?

“Given that inflation expectations have risen, the central bank has raised interbank interest rates,” he said. If these increases continue, it could have a negative impact on the market. In general, raising interest rates has a negative impact on the capital market. For example, the US Federal Reserve raised interest rates, causing most US stocks to go negative.

“The initial public offering always brings a new spirit to the market,” he said, referring to two new IPOs. But the point is, we have to see when and where to start the initial public offering. Acceptance of most of the initials was done years ago, and in fact, if they are not initialized in this offer, the acceptance will be canceled. Therefore, it seems that the organization is not very willing to offer the initial public offering in these circumstances, if the initial public offering is not done, the acceptance of these companies will be canceled.

He continues: If the admission of these companies is canceled, it will take one to two years to re-admit the process. I also believe that in the current situation, the initial public offering should not be done, but the conditions of the companies are also important.

Referring to the annual dividend payment, Fallahian explains: It is not possible to say whether the annual dividend of shareholders enters the market or not? But due to the market situation and the existing fear, part of the money enters the stock market and the other part remains as people’s savings.
