The resumption of nuclear talks in the Qatari capital has given many experts hope that the IAEA will be revived.

In an interview with Tejarat News, Ahmad Eshtiaghi, a capital market expert, said: “Exchange transactions will be balanced in an upward direction tomorrow.” If Borjam gains strength, the stock market will also increase.

He continued: “Considering that the market has almost entered the Borjami phase again, we must look at the stock market with the view of reviving Borjam.” Negotiations can determine the direction of the capital market and other financial markets. For example, it determines at what rate the dollar stabilizes and eventually becomes a single rate. In a way, we expect the half-free dollar to reach a certain rate after the revival. According to the evidence, the dollar will probably stabilize in the range of 26,000 tomans.

This capital market expert emphasized: If the dollar stays in the range of 26 thousand tomans and the government officials do not announce the price of the dollar less than 25 thousand tomans in their interviews, the stock exchanges and other financial markets will calm down.

The impact of global prices on the stock market

Referring to the factors affecting the stock market, Eshtiaghi said: “Global prices are stabilizing and if they remain in the same range, it is good for the capital market.” According to Barjam negotiations, the bond rate should also reach the level of 20%. For example, the rate of return on Treasury bills is currently 23 percent and should reach 20 percent.

The capital market expert continued: “The quarterly report and the profitability of companies should be uploaded in Kedal by the end of July, which will help the trading process.”

He said about the meetings of stock exchange companies: “Many large companies go to the corporation dividend assembly, which has a positive effect on stock exchange transactions.”

“These factors can balance the stock market in a positive way,” said Eshtiaghi. But the capital market is still confused, and after the determination of the dollar exchange rate, it can take a certain trend. Of course, increasing liquidity can also boost the capital market.
