The Director General of Crisis Management of Tehran Governorate warned against the possibility of temporary strong winds in the capital and snowfall in the northeastern heights of Tehran Province.

Hamed Yazdi Mehr, on Thursday afternoon from issuing a yellow warning Meteorology reported in Tehran province and stated: According to this warning, from today, Thursday, November 25, until the morning of Saturday, November 27, there will be strong winds in Tehran province, especially in the southern and western half, and in the areas prone to temporary rise of dust, reduced visibility and the possibility of strong winds. A moment is predicted.
Yazdi Mehr stated that due to the strong wind, the possibility of damage to temporary structures and the breaking of worn trees is expected in the province during the mentioned period, adding: We ask all dear people to avoid traffic in the vicinity of half-finished buildings, rather than strengthening the structures. Temporary and advertising signs and not parking cars next to high-risk places should be taken seriously so that we don’t witness the occurrence of accidents.
Director General of Crisis Management of Tehran Governorate continued, referring to the weather forecast for Friday night that there is a possibility of rain and blizzard in the north-eastern heights of the province, and said: All drivers who intend to travel on these routes are advised to have sufficient equipment. And it is appropriate to be careful about the slippery axles and lack of visibility due to the possibility of scattered snowfall.
He also informed about the full alertness of crisis management in Tehran province and stated: “Yellow alert has been sent to all relevant institutions, governorates, municipalities and institutions.”
