In these weather conditions, in order to reduce damages and losses, do not travel and rest on the edge and bed of roads and rivers, do not move nomadic nomads, avoid climbing and climbing to heights, do not park cars next to worn-out trees, do not fly with light airplanes and helicopters. It is recommended to strengthen temporary structures such as covering greenhouses and billboards and prepare executive bodies such as rescue forces, road administration, municipality, Ministry of Energy, etc.
