Tourism industry activists were honored in Qom

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Qom province, these people were honored on Wednesday at the tourism week commemoration ceremony, which was held in the presence of the governor of Qom at Hamhal Hall of Tehran Municipality.

In this ceremony, the governor of Qom emphasized on all-round support for the public and private sector activists of the tourism industry in this province.

Also, in this ceremony, the cake celebrating World Day and Tourism Week was cut, on which the image of Qom’s Dirgchin Caravanserai (the mother of Iran’s historical caravanserai) was carved.

The celebration of the tourism week was attended by the governor of Qom, the representative of the people of Qom in the Islamic Council, the general director of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts of the province and a group of public and private sector activists of the tourism industry.
