Two instructions were communicated to the platforms

According to Fars News Agency, the Audio-Visual Media Regulatory Organization (SATRA) prepared and regulated two guidelines: “Business Communication in Audio-Visual Media” and “Media Justice and Protection of Competition in Audio-Visual Media”. ; Following these instructions, with the approval of Peyman Jebli, the head of the Radio and Television Organization, they were communicated to the all-inclusive audio and video media.
Draft Documents of the two guidelines “Commercial Communication in Audio and Video Media” and “Media Justice and Protection of Competition in Audio and Video Media” Previously, by the Chairman of Satra Emamian, at the Eighth Session of the Audio and Video Media Regulatory Commission in Date 1400/10/12 was presented. At this meeting, it was decided to receive possible points of view regarding these drafts in correspondence with the members of the commission.
Following the legal process in this regard, including a specialized and public consultation, with the approval of Peyman Jebli, the head of the national media, an order was issued to announce the above-mentioned instructions, and Satra also communicated them to the media.
The purpose of formulating and overseeing these regulations is to strengthen Satra’s effective regulation in this critical area and to help alleviate governance concerns.
