The Ukrainian Navy and Coast Guard will escort ships to prevent them from entering mined waters, as only part of the ports will be cleared of mines.

Ukraine’s shipments from the Black Sea, the fifth-largest producer of grain, were halted after a military conflict with Russia.
KIF and Western officials accused Russia of deliberately preventing the shipment of these cargoes, but Moscow has repeatedly stated that Ukraine has made it impossible to ship these cargoes by laying mines around the waterways around the ports.
