Ulyanov: Abusing the trigger mechanism makes Tehran’s warning work – Mehr news agency Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr news agency, Mikhail Ulyanov, the permanent representative of Russia in international organizations based in Vienna, confirmed the statements of Nasser Kanani, the spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, regarding Tehran’s reaction in the event of miscalculations by the West regarding the JCPOA and the negotiation process, and said that Western countries have moved on from bad experiences. They don’t study.

Recently, news was published that some European parties have held meetings with members of the UN Security Council regarding the activation of the trigger mechanism against Iran.

Today (Monday), the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to a question about this and the actions of the European authorities against the JCPOA, said: The absence of negotiation meetings regarding the JCPOA does not mean a complete stagnation in this field or the cessation of diplomatic efforts, but the path of diplomacy is still open and the exchange of messages It is still going on.

He emphasized: Iran is ready to conclude negotiations by observing its own red lines, but the path to negotiations will not be open forever. If the other side makes a calculation error, they know exactly what Iran’s reaction will be.

In response to this warning, Ulyanov wrote: There is no doubt that this warning will come true if the trigger mechanism is misused.

He added: Everything is predictable because Iran acts transparently, but the problem is that Western countries do not learn from past negative experiences.
