Pointing to the importance of preserving agricultural lands and gardens, he added: the value of agricultural lands is high, and preserving them stabilizes the soil, prevents the increase of fine dust, and preserves the health of the environment and reduces water consumption.

Pointing out that we feel duty bound in the field of national and agricultural land protection, the Attorney General of the country said: We are carefully and seriously monitoring the process of holding councils for the protection of the rights of Baitul Mal, of which the prosecutors are the secretaries and the chief justices are also the heads of this council.

Filing of more than four thousand cases in the prosecutor’s office in the field of unauthorized land use change

Mohadi Azad stated that last year 11,000 cases of demolition of buildings and constructions were carried out in the area of ​​unauthorized change of use of agricultural lands and gardens, and added: Until last year, 7,000 definitive orders were issued, and the grounds for their implementation have not been provided, also in the area More than 4,000 cases of illegal land use change have been filed in the prosecutor’s office and 17,000 cases have been brought directly to the court.

He raised the question why 7,000 definitive rulings have not been implemented so far, and added: One of the reasons for not implementing these rulings is the lack of follow-up and cooperation of the legal units of the executive bodies, as well as the selective and discriminatory treatment of the relevant bodies. .

The Prosecutor General of the country stated: The neglect of the executive bodies to their duties, who are either not familiar with these matters or are indifferent, is also one of the reasons that causes illegal constructions and land encroachment.

Mowhedi Azad stated that you should follow judicial opinions and said: Whenever you feel that the judicial units are doing insufficient work or neglecting God unintentionally, report these cases to the Attorney General and also use the capacity of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Bait Al Mal in your area of ​​responsibility. Have continuous communication with judicial authorities and follow up cases through prosecutors in provinces and cities.

Emphasizing that you should take the issue of desertion seriously and have sufficient supervision over the forces under your group, he added: Sufficient supervision over the ceded lands and continuous observation and inspection of what actions are being taken on these lands.

Stating that we are trying to make the judges more familiar with the specialized work of the Agricultural Jihad Organization, the Attorney General of the country said: “With the coordination of the Vice President of Human Resources of the Judiciary, we intend to provide the necessary specialized training to the judges and judicial trainees.”
