According to Eqtesad Online, Ali Hossein Raiatifard, Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare, and a group of officials from Isfahan Province visited the Iskra Autoelectric Knowledge Base Company in Amirkabir Industrial Town, Kashan, on Tuesday morning, December 23rd.
During this visit, Raitifard was informed about the latest activities and achievements of this company.
Raitifard, while thanking Iskra for its efforts to take innovative measures, said: “In the current economic war, producers are our front line and we should not allow the production wheel, especially the production of parts manufacturers, to stop.” The government is working to minimize barriers to production, both in terms of capacity and supporting producers by providing banking resources and raw materials.
Raitifard stated: Automotive manufacturers can move other industries such as steel, casting, etc. as drivers. God willing, we can reach a point where our car industry in the Middle East has a new and important achievement to offer.
While welcoming Iskra’s efforts to create a suitable capacity for job creation, especially for women, the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare said: “One of the plans of the government and the Ministry of Labor is to use existing capacities to develop employment and this is one of the employment centers.” Are producers. We will help facilitate barriers for producers to create employment. During today’s visit, I saw that Iskra, in addition to creating jobs for about 500 people, is also ready to attract new manpower, which is a source of pride.
The factory of Iskra Parts Company (in Kashan), is a designer and manufacturer of various types of passenger car dynamos as well as various types of combustion engine starters. The company, which is a cruise partner, has 90% of the starter and alternator components internalized, which is accompanied by the highest quality in world standards. This company has acquired the title of knowledge-based company by obtaining the necessary licenses, and thus is the only company in the field of starting and alternator production for domestic cars.
In addition to these achievements, the company’s future plans include designing and manufacturing various types of DC motors, related assembly kits such as windshields, wipers, etc., and participating in the production of electric vehicle parts in the future.
The research and development team of Iskra process consists of 35 graduates of Sharif University, Tehran, Science and Technology and other prestigious universities in the country from master’s degree to doctorate.
Iskra has a 27-year production history of starters and alternators and can be considered as the first exporter of this product abroad.
