Unveiling of Saadi’s most exquisite manuscripts in Golestan Palace

With the establishment of the “Garden in Golestan” exhibition, the most exquisite manuscripts of Saadi were unveiled in the World Heritage Collection of Golestan Palace.
According to Moj news agency, Afrin Emami, director of the Golestan Palace World Register Collection, referring to the mission of this world collection in preserving and introducing cultural and heritage works, said: due to the existence of exquisite manuscripts in the Golestan Palace treasure, the Bostan exhibition in Golestan will be held on the occasion of the commemoration day. Abu Mohammad Musharraf al-Din Mosleh bin Abdullah bin Musharraf, nicknamed Saadi Iranian Persian-speaking poet and writer was held.
Emami clarified: One of the most important programs of Golestan Palace is the explanation and introduction of Iran’s literary celebrities, which started in March of last year with the program (commemoration of the completion of Ferdowsi’s Shahnameh) and will continue in the current year, and according to the cultural calendar, it will organize exhibitions of cultural celebrities and Art is based on the works in this collection.
He pointed out that the Bostan exhibition in Golestan has been set up with the display of five exquisite manuscripts of Saadi, including a Bostan belonging to the 10th century written by Mir Ali Soltani, which has five miniature assemblies.
Director of the World Heritage Collection of Golestan Palace said: 14 paintings of Saadi’s poems taken from Golshan’s Marqa are also exhibited in the Bostan exhibition in Golestan.
The exhibition “Garden in Golestan” from the 2nd to the 9th of May 1402 in the Golestan Palace, located in the Arg square, hosts those who are interested in Persian art, poetry and literature.
