In another part of this system, the performance of the General Road and Urban Development Departments is loaded in the land preparation section of the National Housing Movement Plan.

Maliki, referring to the implementation of the law on the jump of housing production in the country, said: the map of all the provinces of the country has been prepared separately in line with the implementation of the provisions of this law, and based on the capabilities of this system in reporting the performance of the provinces, it will be possible to prepare the report of the province at the headquarters.

The CEO of the National Land and Housing Organization also estimated the amount of land to be provided for the National Housing Movement Plan in the city limits at 35 thousand hectares and continued: This amount of land has the capacity to build housing for one million and 950 thousand applicants for the National Housing Movement Plan.

Pointing out that 22,000 hectares of land within the boundaries of the cities are in various stages of annexation to the boundaries of the cities, he said: If this amount of land is provided, it will be possible to build housing for 2,300,000 applicants. In the provinces of Khorasan Razavi, Fars and Kerman, the most land has been provided, but due to the high number of applicants in these provinces, the provision of land should continue.

The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated that there is still a land deficit in some provinces and said: For example, in Khorasan Razavi province, there is the largest amount of land deficit and the largest amount of land supply at the same time, which shows that the road and urban development departments fulfill their duties in They are doing well in the direction of providing land, but the number of applicants in these provinces is such that not enough land has been provided yet.

He further pointed to the capacity of the housing production surge law and stated: Despite this capacity, the efforts of the provincial managers and the monitoring of the National Land and Housing Organization, we hope that the discussion of land supply in the provinces will be completed by the end of the year.
