Then Davood Kianian, lecturer, writer and theater director and a pioneer in the field of children’s and youth theater and a member of the policy council of the 28th Ardakan Children’s and Youth Theater Festival, pointed out the importance of quality in plays and said: “I suggest supporting experimental works to strengthen children’s theater. If possible, we can organize an experimental workshop in this festival so that those who are interested have the opportunity and facilities to produce new and original works.”
The artist added: “There is still a research gap in our theater, especially Iranian research theater that is based on traditional plays and Ta’ziyeh. In my opinion, a research office should be created to fill this gap.”
At the end of his speech, this veteran artist mentioned the activities of the Art Hall in the field of children’s and teenagers’ theater and said: “I suggest that the name of this hall be changed to the name of Yad Jabar Baghcheban, the founder of the children’s and teenagers’ theater.”
The approach of the children and youth theater festival is not “art for art’s sake”.
In the continuation of this meeting, it was the turn of Shahram Karmi, writer and theater director. Stating that the festival of children and teenagers has reached enough maturity in its 28th year, he said: “The approach of this festival is not “art for art’s sake” and this event is a people’s festival and has had the attendance of hundreds of thousands of people in the past years. . It has had an acceptable experimental and research nature during these years, and a hundred research books have been published in this field.
Pointing out that Yazd has a good potential to host, he also added: “It is better to plan and decide now to host the next course next year.”

Majid Qanad, another artist, complained that there is always a small budget for children’s programs and said: “Let’s not forget that the same children and teenagers who are present in this festival will later be in the Fajr International Festival, so the festival should be Let’s see the child as the Fajr festival.”
He continued: “This festival can attract interested children and teenagers in the cities and we can guide them in the right direction. I also hope that other organizations will help.”

In addition, Akbar Azizi, Deputy Political-Security of Yazd Governor, who was present in this meeting on behalf of Yazd Governor Mehran Fatemi, pointed out that Yazd has great experiences in hosting art festivals and said: “Yazd has good potential and The space is fully prepared and Ardakan will be a special host for this prestigious international event.”
He added: “These events are for the reputation of the system and we will come to the field with all our strength to preserve the reputation of the system.” Children, their future lives are made from these events. Hossein Sabzevari, the governor of Ardakan in the continuation of this meeting, emphasized that we need the children and teenagers theater festival to stay in Ardakan and said: “The population of Ardakan has multiplied due to industrialization in the last seven years and according to the surveys, out of 230 cities in Ducks are present and we need such festivals.”

We are trying to hold a children’s and youth theater festival in Ardakan permanently

Emphasizing that Ardakan was a cultural and artistic city in the past, which gradually turned into an industrial city, he said: In the discussion of holding festivals, we are trying to return Ardakan to the center of cultural and artistic exchange and to its past.
Regarding the accommodation of artists and theater enthusiasts, he said: Our plan is to provide accommodation in the first place in Ardakan city, then Mebod city and the rest in Yazd city.
Emphasizing that in this festival all the capacities of the artists of Ardakan, Meibod and Yazd cities will be used, Sabzevari stated: We need to discuss the formation of a new culture so that different ethnic groups of different population groups can live peacefully together.
